The calendar says we are nearing a much-needed break, and like so many of you, attention is already turning to what lies ahead when the new year starts.
Fall is my favorite season, mostly because of the beautiful colors that change the scenery when walking or driving around campus and local neighborhoods. The changing season is a good reminder of the richness of the foliage and the beauty of our environment.
Six weeks into the semester, faculty and staff can still be consumed with schedules, planning, and immediate daily tasks. Time to reflect, focus on ourselves, and our professional development seems a long way off,
