Description

The years after attainment of full professorship offer opportunities for directed career advancement and the consideration of formal and informal leadership engagement. Leadership Learning Community members will examine their personal career and leadership goals and discuss strategies for achievement. We will engage scholarship and expertise on career development, peer mentoring, and women’s leadership to guide our discussions, as well as personal and professional development. This safe space has afforded candid dialogue on a range of topics of interest to full professors and for which, often, there is limited opportunity to reflect, share, and support each other in this phase of our academic journeys.

You do not need to have attended last year’s Leadership Learning Community to participate. Attendance at all meetings is not necessary.
